We understand the value that feedback can have. As a result we implore you to share your thoughts with us. In order to make this easy a Google Form has been linked below. It shouldn’t take more that 10 minutes to complete, so if you wouldn’t mind, that would be terribly thoughtful.
How this data is used
The data that your feedback provides us with is infinitely more valuable to us the the comments left on platforms. While those comments can be useful, we feel that it is important for our patrons to interact directly with us instead of trying to get our attention through these other websites.
This data is your chance to tell us how you really feel about what you got out of our interactions. Whether it was glowingly good or abysmally bad. We really do want you to tell us your feelings.
By doing so, you are helping us to grow into a better company. And in short, that is how the data is used. We look at the responses, and fit them into our growing experience.
In more direct talk, we take the data, remove personal identifiers, aggregate it, then run various tests (our favorites are linear regressions and one-tailed t-tests:) After that we compare the data to the constructs of good business running (not listed here for the sake of not boring you to absolute insanity) and see where we can improve.
It may sound a little convoluted, but its not actually any different from what other large and successful businesses do. They just do it by working through the products and services instead of actually talking to you.
