Who We Are
Hi:) I’m the owner of 3 Needs Business Analytics and Consulting. We’re glad that you came here to get to know us. I spent my childhood helping out in my family’s small business. We saw some times of great and ‘easy’ money, and some times of incredible hardships. As a family we had to start the business over three separate times as we moved states.
I personally have over 18 years of experience in customer service and human resources, as well as over 15 years in various fields of psychology and business philosophy. And that’s just me.
To keep it short, I think we have some knowledge and can probably help you. I started this company specifically to open the market of business analytics to small businesses at a far more reasonable price than most people can find. We certainly don’t know all the answers, but we do know a few things.
We serve sole proprietorships; small, medium, and large businesses; and any other organization that could benefit from insights based in social psychology. We work to benefit the businesses in East Idaho first, but we are happy to help all businesses.
While this isn’t our usual demographic, our courses are created to be accessible to people as young as 10 years old. We have been asked by many close to us if we could give them pointers on how to motivate their children and in response we developed our courses so that they can be used as a teaching tool for people of all ages.
What We Do

We were inspired by the pioneering work of Frank and Lillian Gilbreth, and decided that we should build on what they did and include modern research in it.
This means that we know how to make your business better.
We take the modern research in Industrial Organization, Social, and Health Psychologies and apply them to your work place, using data and well documented principles to come up with solutions to the real problems you and your business are facing.
Our goal is to make your workplace not just more profitable, but to reduce employee turnover, increase relations with clients and between employees, and provide long-term solutions to cultural problems or conflicts you may be experiencing.
In short, we want people to like working for you and to prefer coming to you over your competition for goods and services.
To simplify the process for you, we have chosen to be as clear as possible on our website with regards to pricing and services offered. There are few things we find more annoying than navigating to highly ranked website just to find that they provide no pricing information without contacting them.
