Before You Hire Us
Before you hire us we will have a free 15 minute consultation. If both parties agree that it went well, a contract for the services you have asked for will be sent to you. Only after both parties have signed this contract are we to be considered “hired” by you.
After You Hire Us
After you hire us, things get moving quickly. We follow a strict workflow.
- We need to get to know you and your needs. This is best accomplished in person, but a video call is often good enough. The length of this meeting can vary, but we like to keep it under an hour. More than that and the call starts yielding less and less worthwhile interactions.
- After we are both on the same page concerning your needs, we begin work on the surveys to send you. If you ordered basic surveys you can expect these within 1 business day. If you ordered customized surveys these are usually done in 5 business days.
- It is your responsibility to distribute your surveys. The more people that take them the better the data we get to work with. This part of the process is up to you unless you are paying us to be on-site. Even then it is poor practice to give us your employee information directly. We are happy to work with you to figure out the best distribution system.
- Depending on how it is handled, taking the surveys will last anywhere from one afternoon to an eternity. Please don’t let it take an eternity…
- After we get the data back, expect roughly 5 business days for us to analyze it and do a write up.
- Anything more than the basic packages will have varying completion times based on how many packages you’ve purchased. As a rule of thumb expect each add-on to take an extra business day.
