Your money is very important, and spending it well can be tricky business. To accommodate this we have two separate policies for refunds and returns. One for refunding a course, and one for refunding a service.
Overview – Course Refunds
Our full refund policy for courses extends to 14 days.
A half refund will be offered for up to 30 days.
No refunds on courses after 30 days. These courses represent the work of a lot of hardworking individuals. Allowing for refunds beyond this would discourage and invalidate their work.
Overview – Service Refunds
If you determine that our services are unsatisfactory we are happy to offer a refund based on the amount of time that has passed from the end of our service to the submission of a refund request (pro-rated).
- Any cancellation that happens before any services are rendered will be fully refunded, at which point all data collected by us concerning your company and employees will be destroyed.
- A refund requested after we have given you our surveys will receive a 95% refund.
- Any refund request that happens 15 days after payment is received and before our final report submission has been submitted to you will be refunded at 95%, at which point all data collected by us concerning your company and employees will be destroyed.
- Any refund request that happens 30 days after payment is received and/or after our final report submission has been submitted to you will be negotiated. In which case all current services we are providing will be halted and all data collected by us concerning your company and employees will be destroyed.
- It is the nature of data collection that sometimes nothing of interest is found. We will not fabricate results in order to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If this happens we have still upheld our part of the transaction and we ask that you not request a refund.
- You are paying for our time, expertise, reports, and analysis, not the results. If you are unhappy with the results no refund will be granted.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
