As we form a business relationship with you, we have several expectations and return offerings that should be laid out clearly.
- We use research based methods in order to provide you with the highest quality of service. We want to respect your time and money. Please do the same to us. Our employees have obtained very fine educations in order to do this work. Do not treat them or the company as less than it is. Doing so will resultĀ in an immediate cancellation of our contract with you and a pro-rated refund.
- We have taken great steps to ensure that your data is treated with the utmost respect. We promise you that it will be. In return, we expect that you will treat our employees with the same courtesy. Any disrespecting of them will result in an immediate cancellation of our contract with you and a pro-rated refund.
- We have promised to be honest and respectful with you. We expect the same in return. Our services can only be helpful if your company is honest on our surveys. It is the nature of data collection that sometimes nothing of interest is found. We will not fabricate results in order to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If this happens we have still upheld our part of the transaction and we ask that you not request a refund.
- In the event that #3 does happen and we find nothing of real value in the data, that does not mean that there is nothing we can do and that you wasted your money. It is because this is a real possibility that we hire people with very specific backgrounds. Even without meaningful data they will know how to help your company and fulfill the contract. The data is a nice perk, but not necessary for what we do.
