(4 Clauses)
1) If traveling outside of East Idaho, you will also be invoiced the costs associated with travel. Before we do this you will be notified and no plans will be made without your approval. Every step will be taken to minimize cost to you. The invoice will include cost of travel, cost of lodging, and cost of food. While many of the services we provide can be done without travelling, in some cases travel is simply unavoidable. We work to minimize this inconvenience and will work with you if it cannot be completely eliminated. This cost can be negotiated.
2) The complexity of people means that the results of our work will vary to some degree. We can however promise that our methods are based off of good research and that they have been shown to work. We are happy to provide references to the research we use upon request, but we cannot provide full access to them since we do not own the distribution rights. In other words, Results will vary.
3) You are paying for two separate services when you chose us. You are paying for our expertise, and you are paying for our labor. Our refund policy reflects this. Services relying on expertise are less likely to be refunded if ask for. Services relying on labor and resulting in tangible results are more likely to be refunded if asked for.
4) For legal reasons, we need to clarify that we are not claiming to be psychologists, therapists, or any related terms. These are legally protected words in the United States and no one can use them without rigorous and specialized education. We come from various backgrounds, and so to claim that the company as a whole has a legal right to use those terms would be wrong. No employee or owner of this company is authorized to use those terms or practice in those related fields while on company time.
