An 11 week workshop designed to teach you about the development of motivation and habituation. It’s the culmination of several theories that have been shown to yield results.
It is ideal for managers trying to understand the human psyche better. Participation in the course has the ability to teach managers how to help instill motivation on their workers.
It is designed for accessibility. The reading level is similar to that of 4th-grade (USA) and so should be able to be read by most anyone. This means that if you’re a parent and are our to help your kids learn of motivation and personal responsibility, then this can be used.
